business performance is based on individual effectiveness.
A popular area of our practice is to focus specifically on the "front line," the people who deal directly with your clients and customers. For more information, click here.
One client has a group of talented, knowledgeable supervisors, promoted for their business knowledge. After our individual assessments, we developed and delivered the needed help with training and coaching on leadership skills and operations management.
Do you wish that your employees showed more initiative? Are they operating in dysfunctional groups, or as teams? Is there more drama and conflict than you would like? Are you one of the only people to bring in new business?
We invest the time to understand the desired behaviors and investigate the underlying causes. Besides people's natural inclination to resist change and face uncertainty, issues may include a lack of preparedness, conflicting incentives, or outdated processes -- just to name a few! The intent is to remove roadblocks to enable participants to perform the desired behaviors.
To get someone to change, that person has to want to change. Accordingly, we perform pre-assessments. This may involve video recorded sessions, peer evaluations, or personal reflection. We then design and deliver training that is motivational, interactive and practical. We also provide links to additional resources. The intent is to prepare participants to perform the desired behaviors.
Training can have a short half-life: people leave with an action plan and good intentions -- but easily slip back into the old ways of doing things.
Our methodology includes an accountability system, such as performance measures, periodic checkpoints, and coaching. The intent is to encourage participants to perform the desired behaviors consistently.
